Industry Average Call Center Pricing Models

Per-call pricing

The average cost per call for call centers ranges from $2.50 to $5.50, depending on the exact type of calls being made, as well as what after-call work (ACW) is required. You may find providers that charge more or less than this, but you should find that most are within this range. If you are using a per-call rate, keep this in mind.

Per-minute pricing

The other option that companies choose is per-minute pricing, which currently ranges from $1.50 to $1.75 per minute, but can vary depending on the exact services chosen and the type of calls being made. If you get per-minute pricing, make sure that it’s affordable. Today, most businesses have call center demands that make per-minute pricing restrictive, so some companies have switched to flat rates or monthly plans to make things easier and more affordable.

Flat-rate plans

Depending on the services that you need and the call center that you choose to work with, you’ll probably spend between $250 and $1,000 a month on flat-rate call center services. Companies that only need a few services and don’t have a lot of calls to make (or take) will pay less, while those who need a more dynamic plan will end up paying more. Some flat-rate plans are priced quarterly or annually, too, which can provide an additional discount on the costs.

Our Pricing

We charge a $997 Setup Fee and… $497 Special Offer to provide an easy onboarding process including integrations and testing their AI Agent. This amount is typically given to the Commission based sales reps (per successful sale) which is why we have not included it in the Revenue Projections.

Client Success Stories

Example No.1

Challenge: John Wright from Realty Services had issues with missing calls when he was busy with clients or doing a showing. When John called back the client was often busy and then there was the phone tag backwards and forwards before John could reconnect, which was considered unproductive and did not create the perception of a professional Real Estate company.

Solution: We built an AI Agent to represent Jennifer when he was busy and also could respond outside of Office Hours. We built a knowledge base so that the AI Agent could respond to any questions or inquiries common to John's business. We added the functionality so that the AI Agent could book meetings and showings on specific properties in real time on Jennifer's Calendar, and then set working hours. So the Agent would receive forwarded calls when John missed them and would be available to answer when the office was closed.

Result: Jennifer now spent no time chasing down missed calls and had 3 x more meetings without even making calls. This is where our AI Agents improve productivity for businesses that are relationship-oriented, as in this case, Jennifer can spend his time on income-generating activities improving the company's bottom line.

Example No.2

Challenge: Corey of Luxury Homes was finding a pattern emerging from various advertising platforms, for advertising their High-end Properties. Once a potential client had requested more information, Corey automated a welcome email to go out. The problem was that many people did not open the email right away and often not at all as by the morning his message could easily be on the second page and out of sight. Corey understood that contacting hot leads within the first couple of hours was crucial to have good conversation rates to make the advertising profitable but this was a battle he was losing.

Solution: We built an AI Agent specifically for Corey's advertising campaigns. We also included more targeting on the ads and required the client to pick a couple of options so that we were better informed before we called. Then we crafted a very friendly message to use any info gathered to target the inquiry and either provide detailed property information, answer questions or book showings. These calls were executed by being linked to the advertising and so the person showing interest was called within a minute of requesting info (at peak interest), instead of being called the next day or later when they were at work or unavailable

Result: Corey now had a scalable solution that improved his contact ratio of leads by 175%, since advertising is expensive this improved his ROI, freed up time, and removed the anxiety of inconsistent follow-up to get results.
